Heidi believes that learning happens everywhere — in classrooms, libraries, neighborhood spaces, nature, and the everyday moments that spark curiosity and connection. As Executive Director of The Partnership Plan since June 2026, she brings more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit work with a career dedicated to organizations that help people learn, grow, and discover.

Before joining The Partnership Plan, Heidi held roles with Dodge Nature Center and Preschool, the Minnesota Zoo Foundation, and the University of Minnesota Libraries. A former member of The Partnership Plan Board of Directors, she brings both organizational knowledge and a deep commitment to helping align resources with meaningful educational impact.

Heidi lives in the school district with her husband (a band teacher in another district) and their young child. And yes, for those wondering: Heidi’s first name is Heidi and her last name is Louise :-)
