Why Participate
DaVinci Fest is a chance to connect with thousands of students and families while sharing what you do, what you know, or what you’re passionate about. Exhibitors help create an afternoon of hands-on experiences, creative exploration, and discovery — and give community members a chance to learn more about the people and organizations that make our community special.
Who Can Exhibit
We welcome businesses, nonprofits, artists, educators, community organizations, and other groups with something engaging to share. Exhibits might focus on science and technology, arts and creativity, nature and the environment, education, skilled trades, or something entirely different. If you can offer an experience that invites people to explore, learn, create, or get curious, there’s a place for you at DaVinci Fest.
A Great DaVinci Fest Exhibit
Make it interactive!
DaVinci Fest is all about discovery, and the most memorable exhibits give visitors something to do, make, explore, or experience. We encourage exhibitors to offer hands-on activities, demonstrations, interactive displays, creative challenges, or opportunities for conversation and exploration.
Exhibitors are also welcome to share information about their business, organization, services, or offerings. We encourage you to weave that into an engaging, educational experience that sparks curiosity, supports the arts and sciences, and connects with our family-friendly audience of learners from early childhood through high school.
HANDS-ON & ACCESSIBLE
Whenever possible, invite visitors to participate rather than simply observe. Design activities that can engage a range of ages, interests, and abilities.
PLAN FOR A STEADY FLOW
With more than 2,000 visitors, activities should be manageable for groups moving through the exhibit area.
FOCUS ON THE EXPERIENCE
Exhibits should primarily offer educational, creative, or interactive engagement rather than sales or promotional activities.
BRING YOUR ENTHUSIASM
Volunteers and representatives should be ready to interact with students and families, answer questions, and share their passion.
What exhibitors can expect
An assigned exhibit space within the festival with one table & two chairs provided.
Exhibit placement with access to electricity if needed.
Detailed event information and setup instructions in advance.
Assistance with loading/unloading if needed.
An opportunity to engage with a large, diverse, family-oriented audience.
What exhibitors should bring
All supplies and equipment needed for your activity or demonstration, including extension cords as required.
Any signage or display materials to identify your organization and share about your work, plus table coverings if desired.
Cart or wagon to move materials from the parking lot.
Enough volunteers to engage visitors, plus supplies to keep your space tidy and to help clean up afterward.
Please note: Exhibitors are responsible for staffing and managing their own activities throughout public event hours. If you are a solo exhibitor, please make note of that during registration and we will do our best to accommodate a break for you. Any activities involving potentially hazardous materials, equipment, food, animals, or special power requirements should be disclosed during registration.
Supporting Students
DaVinci Fest is made possible by the generosity of our community. While there is no required fee to exhibit, we invite participating businesses to consider making a contribution at an amount that feels right to them, helping support the event and The Partnership Plan’s work to create exceptional learning experiences for students throughout the year.
Interested in making a greater impact? We also welcome businesses to explore becoming a Pony Partner, providing ongoing support for students and educators through the entire school year.
Nonprofit organizations are invited to participate at no cost. We deeply appreciate the time, talent, and resources they contribute to DaVinci Fest.
